Market heating up with the weather!

As if on cue, buyers began arriving in force over the July 4th holiday week, and large transactions are beginning to go under contract. This bodes well for a successful summer selling season, and a solid year of growth in Vail Valley real estate sales.

A few of the more notable ski properties placed under contract over the past couple of weeks include the following:

Each of the above properties were included in my most recent "Top Picks" selection. It would be safe to assume that their buyers clearly recognize the value and long term appeal of each of these unique and special homes. The sale of these properties so early in the summer season is also a reminder that, when you find the right property, it behooves you to move on it without delay. I am certain that there are other potential buyers for each of the above properties who are now kicking themselves for not acting sooner!
